Service Description
This clean includes *Top to bottom de-cobwebbing from ceiling, light pendants to skirtings * all internal windows and window frames and doors and door frames cleaned * all glass/mirrored surfaces cleaned to a shine * stickers/labels removed throughout property where applicable * hoover and mop throughout * bathroom deep clean and descale * kitchen deep clean inc descale of sink and taps, grease removal & tiles cleaned, and inside and outside of all cupboards (which must be empty) * oven clean is a separate charge of £50 single, £65 double. please add in comments if the oven is to be cleaned and we can make sure we do it at the same time * appliance cleaning ie fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher are an additional £10 each to be cleaned (freezers need to be empty and defrosted) please add in comments which white goods are to be cleaned * all switches and plug sockets cleaned * air freshener throughout PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CLEAN WALLS APART FROM SPOT CLEANING MARKS WE ARE CONFIDENT WILL COME OFF AND NOT RUIN THE PAINTWORK. Please ensure the property is empty and that any rubbish is removed as we do not do rubbish removals. We offer a 3- day guarantee on all of our cleans so if for any reason (we certainly hope not) your landlord is not happy then we will come back free of charge to rectify, if reported within 3 days of the clean. You will be given a full receipt to show as proof of your clean to your landlord.
