End Of Tenancy Clean Checklist

* Remove cobwebs

* Clean light fittings, coving, skirting, curtain rails

* Clean internal doors/frames, internal windows/frames , ledges

* Clean all switches and plug sockets and handles

* Spot clean Walls where marks are removable

* Sticker removal

* Clean inside/outside of cupboards, wardrobes, kitchen cupboards

* Clean and polish any mirrors and high gloss items

* Wipe down of radiators

* Deep clean of bathroom including limescale removal

* Deep clean of kitchen inc, limescale removal of sink, grease removal, tiles cleaned, inside/outside cupboards, worktops cleaned, appliances wipe over and wipe out (ovens are seperate booking)

* Hoover and mop throughout 

* Air freshener throughout
