Whether you are moving out of or into a new property we take the stress away by dealing with the cleaning, top to bottom.​ We will come fully equipped with everything needed to provide you with a thorough property clean leaving it sparkling and smelling fresh as a daisy!
All cleans are backed by our 3-day guarantee so if your letting agent/landlord reports a problem within 3 days of the clean then we will go back free of charge to re-clean.

Why not take advantage of our ironing service which we can personalize for you to suit your schedule, with free collection & drop off service within the Braintree area.
Prices are £25 for upto 30 items, £40 for upto 50 items
Bedding is priced seperately at £3 per set any size
Please note that we do not provide hangers so please include your own if you would like items hung up

OUR MOVING/END OF TENANCY CLEAN CHECKLIST
*Top to bottom de-cobwebbing from ceiling, light pendants to skirtings, switches & plug sockets cleaned
* All internal windows, window frames, doors and door frames cleaned
* All glass/mirrored surfaces cleaned to a shine
* Stickers/labels removed throughout property where applicable
* Hoover and mop throughout
* Bathroom deep clean and descale
* Kitchen deep clean inc descale, grease removal & tiles cleaned, inside & outside of cupboards (which must be empty)
* Oven cleans are a separate charge, but at a discounted rate when included with a clean! £40 single, £50 double, £60 range
* Appliance cleaning ie fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher are an additional £10 each to be cleaned (freezers need to be empty and defrosted)
* Air freshener throughout
Please note that we do not clean walls apart from spot clean marks that we are confident will come off & not ruin the paintwork.
Please ensure the property is empty of any rubbish.
Please be aware that while we will absolutely do all we can to get the property up to an extremely high standard, but if it is in a very poor state that we cannot guarantee to be able to get it back to immaculate. It is recommended to send photos prior so I can advise on likely outcome and also ensure an accurate price!
You will be given a full receipt to show as proof of your clean to your landlord.
